This policy covers how Snap Movers (snapmovingco.com) handles information from visitors and customers. We keep it short because most of what we collect is exactly what you’d expect from a company trying to schedule your move.

When you fill out our quote form or call our office, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and details about the move itself — origin and destination, approximate inventory, preferred dates. That information goes into our internal scheduling and CRM system so a real person can follow up, build your estimate, and get your crew assigned.

We use what you send us for exactly that: quoting the job, scheduling the crew, and staying in touch before and after move day. We don’t sell your contact information to third parties, and we don’t hand it off to unrelated marketing lists. It stays inside Snap Movers and the tools we use to run the business — our CRM and scheduling software.

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and basic analytics to understand which pages get visited and where our traffic comes from. None of that ties back to you personally beyond ordinary web analytics — it’s aggregate traffic data, not a personal file we build on individual visitors.

If a third-party service is ever involved in processing a payment or a background check for insurance purposes, we only share the minimum information that service needs to do its job, and only for that purpose.

You can ask us at any time what information we have on file, request that we delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you — email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it directly, no automated runaround.
